The sequence of steps before sitting is also taught with postures that establish diaphragmatic breathing. These include the makarasana pose and shavasana posture. Correct breathing is constantly emphasized and you are taught how to check and observe yourself so that correct breathing is taking place After this initial class, additional classes and sessions are held in support of it, with daily sessions of diaphramatic breathing and relaxation. Inspiring and educational videos and lectures are also included to assist your learning. |
